Julian Mauro is our Director extraordinaire, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Management and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management.
As a registered tax agent and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and part of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, Julian is a veritable expert in the field. Having worked in both small boutique firms and large top-tier accounting companies, what sets Julian apart is his unique perspective and contemporary accounting practices that cater to modern lifestyles and mindsets.
His progressive approach helps clients achieve their financial goals in the digital age and stay ahead of the game. He fosters a work environment that values and motivates his team, resulting in significant growth and success for Mauro across industries, making them a trusted partner and a true leader in the field.

Kaitlyn, our passionate and experienced accountant, builds strong relationships with clients for precise financial solutions.

Ritika (Ri) Singh

Ritika – affectionately known as ‘Ri’ is our meticulous and talented Accountant who plays an integral role in delivering only the best customer service to our clients.
From reconciling bank accounts to preparing monthly profit and loss statements, lodging payroll and completing tax returns, Ri’s accuracy and meticulous attention to detail makes her an asset to the Mauro team. Her passion for learning and developing new skills reflect her dedication to her role.
In her free time, Ri enjoys following the Golden State Warriors in the NBA and participating in leisure sports. We’re lucky to have such a dedicated and passionate member on our team – and we’re confident that she will assist you with your journey to financial success.
Paige McKissack
Accountant
Paige is a confident and capable Accounting all-rounder. Her personal approach paired with her exceptional organisation skills makes her a great team player.
Her strong communication skills enable her to gain a deep understanding of her clients’ needs and goals, prioritising their financial success. Paige is experienced in managing projects, and has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Paige loves playing and watching sports. She is the Vice Captain of her local football team and a die-hard Essendon fan.

During the day you will find him not only ensuring our clients books are neat and tidy but also aiming to continuously improve their overall tax positions.
